A description of the rule changes taking effect for the 2010 football season are now available for download in both English and French (see below).
Additionally, Football Canada has indicated via memo that for "the rule change release on Monday April 5th, 2010 the following adjustment has been made: as a result of 1-5-1 (j) point 1-5-1(i) is deleted. The change has been made to the rule book that will be published in May."
